How quickly can you answer my question?

We answer messages and emails in the order they are received and aim to respond as promptly as possible. Our typical response time is within 5 hours of receiving your message or email.


Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

Our warehouse team works quickly, and most orders are packed and ready for shipment within 24 hours. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately with your name and order number. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee that we’ll be able to make the adjustment, especially once the package has shipped.


How long is the processing period?

Order processing typically takes between 1-3 business days from the time your order is placed. Most orders are prepared within 24 hours, but during busy periods, processing can take up to 3 business days. Once shipped, your package will be delivered by UPS, USPS, or FedEx ground within 2-10 business days, depending on your location.


General Shipping Information:

Our warehouse processes and ships orders Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays). Your order will typically be shipped within 1-2 business days after it's placed. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.


Will my order come in one package?

Depending on the size of your order, you may receive multiple packages, which could arrive 1-2 business days apart. we include one master tracking for all orders, so that if there is more than one package it will show up in the master tracking number.


Out of Stock / Backordered Items:

If an item you ordered is unavailable, we’ll notify you immediately and suggest similar in-stock alternatives. We'll also provide an estimated restock date. You can choose to wait for the restock, switch to a similar product, or receive a full refund—whichever works best for you. We're here to ensure a smooth and pleasant shopping experience every step of the way!


Address Changes:

Our warehouse staff works quickly, so if you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately with your name and order number. While we will try our best to catch and correct the error before the package departs, we cannot guarantee it, especially after it leaves our warehouse.


I received a damaged item, what should I do?

We apologize for any inconvenience if your item arrives damaged. Please contact us with your name and order number, and we’ll assist you promptly. We usually ask for photos of the damaged product for review. After confirming the issue, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. You can either drop the damaged item at your local courier center or arrange for a pickup. We’ll replace the item or offer a full refund based on your preference.
