Return/Refund Policy

Return Policy Deadline:

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that show signs of use.
  • Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged or are missing parts (unless due to our error).
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Return Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. This email will confirm whether your return has been approved or rejected.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 36-48 hours, and the credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method.

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will provide you with a prepaid return label, and you may choose either a replacement or a full refund. Refunds in this case are processed within 24 hours.

For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the refund.


Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as refunds may take time to be posted officially.

If you’ve done both and still haven't received your refund, please use the Contact Us page to send us an email. We will respond within 5 hours.


Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please contact us via email through the Contact Us page. We respond to all emails within 5 hours.


Shipping for Returns:

To return a product that is not damaged/defective/wrong, please email us for detailed instructions. We will respond within 5 hours.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.
  • Shipping Costs for Refunds: If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
