Order Cancellation Policy
We do not charge any fees for order cancellations as long as the cancellation request is made before the order has shipped.
Once an order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In this case, if you wish to cancel the order, you will need to initiate a return after receiving the product. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and a refund will be issued minus the return shipping costs once the item is received and processed.
